Video Discussion: Administrative Hearings

On Behalf of | Sep 30, 2020 | Miscellaneous

In the twenty-second episode of our firm’s video web series, which can be viewed below, firm owner John P. Fishwick, Jr., associate attorney Daniel J. Martin, and firm investigator Isaac Van Patten discuss our administrative law practice. In many instances, cases are heard not before judges but before administrative tribunals – one prominent example is student conduct hearings. People subjected to these hearings may not realize that they have due process rights under the United States Constitution, and that the outcome of these hearings can be challenged if such rights were not upheld during the administrative hearing.

To keep up with our video web series, you can subscribe to our YouTube channel, where we will regularly post videos discussing our firm, developments of the law, and other areas of interest.
