Zoë E. Dye is an associate attorney focused on personal injury and federal criminal law. Zoë is from the Pacific Northwest but after graduating cum laude from Washington and Lee University School of Law she has decided to make Virginia her home.

Before attending law school, Zoë gained valuable experience in the banking industry, working across multiple departments and states. Zoë’s work included customer service, sales, management, pilot programs, and federal regulatory and internal policy compliance. Zoë has received numerous recognitions and awards for her work in banking, including working her way up from the title of Officer to Assistant Vice President, and awards for performing in the top 5% of customer service employees in her geographic area, top in sales, and performance excellence for her work in compliance. 

During her time in law school, Zoë continued to expand her experience by serving as a Lead Articles Editor for the Law Review, while also taking on leadership roles in various student organizations, including President of the International Law Society. In her third year, Zoë served as a Burks Scholar, helping teach first year law students legal research, analysis and citation.

Following graduation, Zoë clerked for the Circuit Judges of Virginia’s 23rd Judicial Circuit before joining Fishwick & Associates. Alongside her commitment to her clients, Zoë is an active member of the Virginia State Bar’s Technology and Future Practice of Law Committee.

In her personal time, Zoë enjoys hiking and traveling. It is Zoë’s goal to eventually make it to all seven continents. So far, she has been to Asia, Africa and Australia.
